The Database Specialists, Inc. management team is led by its CEO David Wolff who joined the company in early 2007. Mr. Wolff is an entrepreneurial business executive with extensive experience in business transformation, internet-based business strategies, strategic sales and marketing management, and channel distribution. As co-founder of El Camino Resources, he built the company into the largest privately-held technology leasing and computer reseller company in the US with revenues of $770M, employing 1300 in 40 offices worldwide. Simultaneously he was COO of Real Solutions the IBM reseller of hardware, software and services division of El Camino with revenues of $250 million, employing over 250 people.

Mr. Wolff is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and a Fellow of the Wharton School.

Roger Schrag is founder and CTO. He founded Database Specialists, Inc. in 1995, successfully leading the company through its early days to its current expansion of remote database administration services and onsite consulting. He is a computer science graduate of University of California at Berkeley with over 15 years of experience in Oracle technology.

Mr. Schrag is well-known among the Oracle user community as an authority on Oracle. He is a popular author on Oracle subjects, and he is frequently rated a top 10 speaker at the national and local Oracle conferences he attends. He has served on the "Oracles of Oracle" expert panels at Oracle OpenWorld events and has also been selected as an instructor for the "Oracle Masters" Class series of the International Oracle Users Group.

Mr. Schrag is a two-term past-president of the 450+ member Northern California Oracle Users Group (NoCOUG) and currently sits on the board as Director of Conference Programming. He has been an active volunteer for NoCOUG since 1999.
